MLD is a light touch, hands on modality engineered to move the lymphatic fluid through the body to relieve swelling and inflammation. It’s relationship to Infinite Resonance comes in 2 ways. 1) To release blocks and barriers in the tissue that can inhibit the flow of energy and keep us distracted with physical pain and illness. 2) MLD is an amazing tool to relax the nervous system, calm the mind and breathe and allow for the release of stagnant fluids, energy and beliefs. MLD is an excellent modality for use with autoimmune diseases to support and reset the bodies’ response system. MLD has a standard protocol with small variations available but offers the opportunity to refill the bodies energy or chi during the session.
